SHEPPERTON HOUSE AT TEDDINGTON RIVERSIDE LAUNCHED WITH 6 OF THE 19 THREE- BEDROOM APARTMENTS ALREADY BOUGHT OR RESERVED

Shepperton House forming the second phase of the 215-apartment Teddington Riverside scheme in Teddington, south west London, is launched onto the market with 6 of the 19 apartments already bought or reserved.

The three-bedroom apartments at Shepperton House on the site of the historic Teddington Studios are for sale at £1.632 million each and over-look the River Thames at Teddington Lock.

Eugenie Ropner, Head of Sales & Marketing at developer Pinenorth Properties, says: “Shepperton House is in a truly stunning location in the centre of the development benefiting from views of Teddington Weir and down over the footbridge across the Thames. All of the apartments have balconies or terraces benefitting from these views and unsurprisingly six of the apartments have already been snapped up prior to completion.”

Teddington Riverside offers lateral living and underground parking to the apartments with direct lift access to each block, 24hr security and concierge service, and a courtesy town car. This is set in beautifully landscaped gardens on the river’s edge overlooking the ever-changing views of the weir.

Teddington has just appeared in the 2019 Sunday Times list of the top ten best places to live in the UK and has been named as one of the top ten healthiest London high streets (Royal Society of Public Health, 2019).

This historic waterside location will gain further prominence as multi-national luxury hotel and leisure group, L+R has acquired the Lensbury Club next door. This club now joins L+R’s portfolio which includes such iconic luxury properties as Chewton Glen and Cliveden as well as leading luxury international hotels that include the Fairmont Monte Carlo and Excelsior Venice.

The 4 * Lensbury Hotel and Spa includes a range of sporting facilities including gym, tennis courts and swimming pool.

Teddington has the advantage of its own high street with boutiques and restaurants as well as being equidistant between Richmond and Kingston town centres (5 minutes from John Lewis Car Park) each of which have theatres and riverside restaurants. There are areas of outstanding beauty nearby with both Bushy Park and Richmond Park minutes away and the historic Hampton Court Palace and Ham House nearby.

Teddington is well-connected to central London, Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Regular trains provide transport to Waterloo in just 36 minutes. Heathrow is 28 minutes and Gatwick is 48 minutes by road for those commuting each week.

The developer, City Developments Limited (CDL), one of Singapore’s largest quoted property companies, has a strong track record in creating award-winning architectural projects. Marketing Department telephone: +44 (0) 20 7349 0091
