JAYNIC MOVES INTO NEW OFFICES IN BURY ST EDMUNDS

Property developer and land promoter Jaynic has moved into new offices at its Greenwood Court building in Bury St Edmunds.

Its new address is 2 Greenwood Court, Skyliner Way, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7GY.

Managing Director, Nic Rumsey, said: “Having occupied the first floor at Greenwood Court for the last two years we have now moved down into the ground floor as this will give us greater opportunity to expand our team.

“The considerable success we have had over the last 18 months in signing up occupiers at Suffolk Park as well as agreeing deals with landowners for possible future schemes in East Anglia, has resulted in a significant growth in our business and the move will enable us to staff up in our Bury St Edmunds regional HQ,” adds Rumsey.

As a result, it is on a recruitment drive with a new assistant for office and marketing manager Nicola Barber arriving shortly and it is on the look out for a technical/design manager to assist construction director Jason Newman.

Jaynic’s biggest project to date is Suffolk Park in Bury St Edmunds where it has developed 1.4m sq ft of 2.3m sq ft consented warehouse and business space, and has attracted many companies to the park including Weerts Logistics, NHS Supply Chain, MH Star, East of England NHS Ambulance Service Trust, Sealey, Treatt plc and Hermes Parcelnet.

And this year it secured an outline consent for its largest development to date, a 2.45m sq ft business, innovation and logistics park at Gateway 14 in Stowmarket working in partnership with Mid Suffolk Council. There are further business and residential schemes in the pipeline in both Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
